Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop project strategies and plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project trajectory.
• Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Report regularly on project status, metrics, and findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a tech or consulting setting.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multi-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
