🎯 About the Role

Join the Business & Technology Integration team to collaborate on a strategic S/4HANA Assessment project for one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Latin America, specializing in engineering and construction, steel production, and mining across multiple countries. You will analyze the organization, design processes and systems, and define future-state business solutions aligned with the client's technology strategy.

✅ Responsibilities

• Analyze the organization's current state and assess the business model and its integration with technology

• Identify customer requirements and define the future state and business solutions

• Research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making

• Design processes and systems aligned with organizational goals

• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate across multiple teams

• Engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels

• Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems across teams

• Support the definition of the S/4HANA roadmap and assessment deliverables

🔍 Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP projects

• Experience with S/4HANA assessments, implementations or migrations

• Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps and define future-state solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business profiles

• Experience conducting workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions

• Capacity to document findings, process flows and business requirements clearly
