About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable solutions within a cloud contact center platform.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on Architect flows, routing logic, automation, and API-based integrations. You will collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable customer experience solutions.

Work Model
Hybrid for candidates located in Madrid, Málaga, Barcelona, or Logroño.
Fully remote for candidates based elsewhere in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud Architect flows.
Implement advanced routing logic and automation.
Build and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and Data Actions.
Configure and optimize voice and digital channels.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment following engineering best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the contact center ecosystem.
Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of experience developing solutions in Genesys Cloud.
Strong experience with Architect flows and API-based integrations.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
Programming or scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
Experience troubleshooting issues and maintaining platform stability.
Familiarity with cloud concepts, security fundamentals, and version control.
English level B2 or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience with event-based integrations (EventBridge or similar).
Knowledge of bots, automation tools, or AI conversational platforms.
Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
Genesys Cloud or AWS certifications.
