Account Executive Senior — Braunschweig/Wolfsburg (Office: Essen)
Location: Selling area Braunschweig/Wolfsburg (office hub: Essen)
Contract: Full-time (39 h/week)
Work model: Senior field sales with regional travel

Role purpose
Lead complex new-logo pursuits and strategic expansions while mentoring junior sellers. Deliver top-tier revenue growth through structured territory strategy and executive engagement.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships at senior/C-level; steer proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.
Orchestrate internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, Solutions).
Define quarterly territory strategy; deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
Coach junior Account Executives on pipeline quality and deal execution.
Must-haves
5+ years B2B field sales with a strong record in larger/complex deals.
Advanced discovery, value articulation, negotiation, and closing skills.
English B2+ (German preferred); strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Valid driving license; regional travel readiness.
Nice to have
Experience in logistics/air freight; Salesforce proficiency; formal sales methodology.
