About this role
Own and grow strategic accounts: renewals, upsell/cross-sell, executive alignment, and multi-country coordination.
What you’ll do
- Build account plans; run QBRs with C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Drive renewals and expansion motions; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Escalation and risk management; ensure adoption and value realization.
- Governance: SLA/SoW/Change Orders; margin awareness.
What you bring
- 5+ years in KAM/Enterprise AM for B2B solutions.
- Executive communication; complex deal orchestration.
- English B2+ mandatory.
Nice to have
- Global programs & multi-language environments.
Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
