Sales Operations Specialist (Talent Pool)

About this role
You’ll operationalize the go-to-market engine: data, processes, tooling, and reporting that help leadership make decisions and reps sell more.

What you’ll do

• CRM ownership (Salesforce/HubSpot): objects, fields, automations, hygiene.
• Forecasting & dashboards; pipeline, conversion, and cohort analysis.
• Territory, quota, comp plan support; quote-to-cash and CPQ coordination.
• Process playbooks, enablement assets, and governance.

What you bring

• 3+ years in Sales Ops/Rev Ops.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; BI (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) desirable.
• English B2+ mandatory.
• Project management & stakeholder alignment across Sales/Marketing/Finance.

Nice to have

• CPQ/billing (Zuora/Chargebee), data enrichment (ZoomInfo/Clearbit).

Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
