Account Executive / Account Manager (Talent Pool)
About this role
We’re building a talent pool to fulfill demand from top-tier companies. As an AE/AM you’ll own the full sales cycle for new and existing accounts, driving growth, retention, and upsell.
What you’ll do
- Manage a revenue portfolio: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, renew, upsell.
- Build multi-threaded relationships (business, finance, procurement, tech).
- Maintain accurate pipeline & forecast in CRM; hit quota and activity SLAs.
- Partner with Marketing, CS, and Solutions/Pre-Sales on deal strategy.
- Lead QBRs and account plans; map org charts and stakeholder influence.
What you bring
- 3–7 years in AE/AM roles (B2B, SaaS/Tech/Services/Fintech preferred).
- Strong discovery, objection handling, value-based selling (MEDDICC/SPIN/Challenger).
- English B2+ mandatory. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Solid CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience selling in US/LatAm/Spain markets.
- Working with channel/alliances and RFP/RFI cycles.
Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid as per client need.
