Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on Customer Activity Repository (CAR), ensuring seamless integration with SAP retail processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve performance, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and reports.
• Implement and optimize SAP CAR functionalities to support retail business processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure integration between SAP CAR, SAP ERP, and other related systems.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical documentation and training to support team members and end-users.
• Stay updated on SAP ABAP and CAR best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications for SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven expertise with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
• Strong understanding of SAP Retail processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications for SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant

• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
• Experience in multinational and multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
