Location: In office - 3 days per week (subject to more/less depending on needs) - T, W, TH - Open to Miramar or Dallas - Potentially be on-call rotation

We're supporting our client in finding a Security Analyst II focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) to help secure, automate, and streamline access to critical enterprise systems. If you have hands-on experience with platforms such as Saviynt, Okta, or SailPoint, and want to work in a collaborative and technically sophisticated environment, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain IAM platforms to ensure policy alignment and operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks in collaboration with Information Security.
- Administer and automate account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role updates.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex IAM-related issues.
- Participate in access certification processes, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to IAM modernization projects and integration of new tools and technologies.
- Maintain technical documentation for IAM configurations and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Infrastructure, IAM Engineering, and InfoSec.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise API architecture (REST), service orchestration, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM.
- Proficient in SQL; able to write and optimize queries for data profiling and validation.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Jira (including JQL), Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM administration, security, or IT infrastructure.
- Practical experience with IAM tools: Saviynt (preferred), Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or Active Directory.
- Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, and directory services.
- Mandatory certifications (at least one required):
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
- CompTIA Security+
- CISSP
- Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting for automation.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with advanced English (C2).
Nice-to-Have (not mandatory)
- Experience in cloud-based IAM solutions or governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of access governance and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO).
- Prior experience in enterprise environments with 15,000+ users.
