Project Manager – Supply Chain Logistics
Location: Hybrid – Miramar, FL (3 days/week onsite) or Addison, TX (typically 1 day/week onsite)
Contract Type: Full-time (Backfill position)

Overview
Join a leading beverage distributor in the U.S. as a Project Manager, driving the successful delivery of strategic and cross-functional projects related to supply chain and logistics. In this hybrid role, you’ll oversee end-to-end execution—from planning and budgeting to delivery and support—working closely with executive sponsors, IT groups, and business leaders across the organization.
You’ll be responsible for guiding complex supply chain initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution. This role also involves improving PMO processes, coaching project team members, and embedding best practices to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy (20%)
- Provide strategic input to IT and business leadership on program direction and opportunities.
- Act as a thought partner in streamlining and standardizing key supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the business vision and clarify project objectives aligned to broader organizational strategy.
- Incorporate industry best practices in project/program execution.
Execution (60%)
- Lead project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Use consistent project management methodologies to guide execution.
- Track and report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
- Prepare business-friendly presentations to support decision-making and issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Capability Building (20%)
- Mentor and coach project team members.
- Continuously enhance your skills in supply chain processes and emerging IT solutions.
- Promote best practices within the project management discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing complex IT or supply chain-related projects in a matrixed organization.
- Strong experience with BlueYonder (JDA) or similar Supply Chain Management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certification (PMI, Scrum.org, etc.).
- Experience in the beverage, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation projects in logistics or operations.
