Location: Hybrid – Miramar, FL (3 days/week onsite) or Addison, TX (typically 1 day/week onsite)

Overview
Join a leading organization in the beverage distribution industry that is undergoing major digital transformation. As a Senior Solution Analyst – SuccessFactors, you'll play a critical role in configuring and optimizing HR platforms to support evolving business needs. This role sits at the intersection of HR technology and business strategy, working cross-functionally to ensure solutions deliver tangible results.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT, guiding system enhancements, documenting functional requirements, and providing expert-level support for SAP SuccessFactors. While this role is not focused on software development, it requires strong configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
This hybrid position offers a flexible schedule with on-site presence required in Miramar, FL (Tuesday to Thursday) or Addison, TX (typically one day per week). You’ll also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing opportunities for learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Design and configure HR platforms to align with evolving business requirements.
- Lead the creation of business and technical documentation, including process flows and training materials.
- Collaborate on the definition and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between functional teams and IT to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Support junior analysts through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Provide high-level support for system issues, incidents, and user requests.
Specialized Skills and Technologies:
Strong functional knowledge in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business or tech roles working closely with functional areas outside of IT.
- Proficiency in systems development lifecycle models (Agile and/or traditional).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) practices and gathering requirements for automation.
- Proven ability to build alignment and buy-in across cross-functional teams.
