Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Over 5 years of practical experience in Java development with a proven record of leading software engineering teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive expertise in Java frameworks and development tools. Proficiency in SQL, RESTful services, and microservices architecture is essential.
• Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective team collaboration skills are mandatory.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to efficiently handle technical challenges.
