Primary Responsibilities

• Fullstack Software Development Leadership

- Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive fullstack applications aligned with critical business operations.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

• Technical Guidance and Leadership

- Offer mentorship to junior developers, facilitating their professional growth and technical expertise.

- Ensure adherence to superior coding practices and standards to maintain code integrity and operational efficacy.

• Project Coordination and Collaboration

- Oversee project schedules and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure project goals are met.

• Innovation and Strategic Problem Resolution

- Identify opportunities for technical improvements and advocate efficiency enhancements.

- Resolve complex technical challenges to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development, with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams.
• Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of fullstack development frameworks and tools. Proficiency in SQL, RESTful services, and microservices architecture is imperative.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective collaboration in team environments is essential.
• Problem Solving Acumen: Robust analytical skills and a strategic mindset to adeptly navigate and resolve technical challenges.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment, adept at adapting to emerging technologies and evolving project demands.
