Key Responsibilities

• Lead Java Software Development

- Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust Java applications to fulfill business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions on schedule.

• Technical Leadership and Mentoring

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their technical and professional growth.

- Enforce stringent coding standards and practices to ensure high-quality code and operational productivity.

• Project and Stakeholder Management

- Direct project timelines and outcomes to meet organizational and client objectives.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and align project goals with business needs.

• Innovative Solutions and Complex Problem Resolution

- Address complex technical issues to promote successful project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: More than 5 years of substantial experience in Java development, with a successful background in leading software engineering projects.
• Technical Capabilities: Strong proficiency in Java frameworks and related development tools. Experience in SQL, RESTful services, and microservices architecture is crucial.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership skills with exceptional verbal and written communication. Effective in team collaboration.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical capabilities and strategic thinking to manage and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
