Salesforce Developer with Very Good English – Argentina

Location: Must be based in Argentina (non-negotiable requirement).
Profile: Strong technical background is essential.
Client: Google – the selection process is demanding.

Candidates will go through:

1. A technical interview

2. A cultural fit interview with Globant

3. A take-home challenge simulating what the client will require

4. If successful, a meet-and-greet with the client, followed by a technical exercise

The client has emphasized that candidates must be able to complete the technical task within the allotted time and with a solution that reflects a Senior-level developer.

What we need:

-At least 5 years of experience in consulting and implementation projects (CRM, ERP, or BPM), with 2 years focused on Apex architecture and cloud models

-Ability to gather technical requirements for customer developments and integrations to be implemented in Salesforce.com

-Perform analysis to define programming needs based on client requirements and Salesforce.com/Force.com capabilities

-Estimate the technical effort required for tasks

-Develop and execute unit tests for assigned deliverables

-Conduct training on product functionality and manage the deployment of developed solutions

-The role is primarily technical and focused on implementing Salesforce.com solutions, including development and integration tasks on the Salesforce.com platform

Skills Required:

-Fluent English (B2 – Upper Intermediate or higher)

-5 years of experience with Apex and Salesforce customization

-Experience with both Classic and Lightning Web versions

-Object-oriented programming, Java, HTML, and SQL

-Web Services integration

-Process automation

-Code optimization

- Experience managing Salesforce platform limits (SFDC Limits Management)
