About the role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered systems used in real-world, high-impact environments.

You’ll work on building production-grade AI applications, including LLM-based pipelines, agent workflows, and real-time inference systems, collaborating closely with product and domain experts.

This is an end-to-end ownership role, from system design to production, including performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Design and build Python microservices (FastAPI) for real-time inference and data processing

• Develop and maintain LLM-based pipelines and agent workflows

• Own AI systems end-to-end (design, deployment, monitoring, optimization)

• Integrate AI models into production systems

• Build evaluation and monitoring systems for model performance

• Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in backend development with Python

• Experience building production AI systems (not just models)

• Hands-on experience with:

  • LLMs and agent-based systems

  • RAG pipelines, vector databases, or similar

• Experience designing scalable systems (high traffic / real users)

• Experience working with APIs and microservices

• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

• Fluent English (C1+), required for daily communication

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or similar

• Experience with FastAPI

• Experience with vector databases or graph databases

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, fintech)

This role requires strong hands-on experience building AI systems in production environments. We are not looking for purely academic or research profiles.
